Before you ship a watch to Zeno USA, LLC, for repair, please read through our entire repair shipment policy.
General
Information
Please contact
your nearest ZENO Authorized Dealer for customer service and support.
Your ZENO Authorized Dealer is always there to help you. You may
also contact ZENO USA, L.L.C. if an authorized dealer is not located
near you. ZENO USA, L.L.C. is the Authorized Distribution and
Service Center for ZENO watches in the United States of America
and Canada.
Your ZENO
watch is a high-quality precision timepiece. It will occasionally
require service from a qualified watchmaker to ensure your complete
satisfaction. In accordance with ZENO quality standards, only
ZENO Authorized Dealers and service centers are qualified to ensure
proper after-sales and warranty services.

Conditions of Warranty
We hereby
certify that your ZENO watch has been manufactured in accordance
with the latest technological guidelines, using modern equipment
and quality high-grade material. Prior to sale, your watch was
subjected to a variety of severe controls and tests. We therefore
assume full responsibility for any possible defect due to faulty
material or workmanship for a period of one year from the purchase
date. This warranty does not cover normal wear or the consequences
of incompetent handling or damage by the purchaser or other persons,
nor defects due to external circumstances. The water resistance
is guaranteed only if the watch is stated to be waterproof, it
has not been subjected to severe shocks, the crystal and crown
are not damaged, and the instructions for changing the battery
have been carefully followed. This warranty does not cover the
battery or any damage caused by a defective battery.
ZENO-WATCH
BASEL reserves the right to replace a damaged watch with an identical
watch.
The following
are not honored by the International Guarantee:
- Damage
to the case, lens, leather strap/bracelet, crown, attachments
and battery
- Damage
due to tampering, alteration, misuse or usage not in accordance
with the instructions
- Wear and
normal aging of the watch
- Defects
due to any repairs made to the watch by unauthorized third parties
or not approved by Zeno-Watch
- The water
resistance is only guaranteed if the watch is declared "waterproof"
and it has not been subjected to severe shocks, the crystal
and crown are not damaged, and the instructions for changing
the battery have been carefully followed.
WATER RESISTANCE
INFORMATION:

This watch is protected against water drops (the watch must
be protected from water!)
- WATER
RESISTANT 30M (3ATM)
Wear this watch when washing your car, bathing, showering, mountain
climbing, parachuting, hang gliding or skiing. It is resistant
against perspiration, water vapor and raindrops.
- WATER
RESISTANT 50M (5ATM)
Wear this watch when swimming, washing your car, bathing, showering,
mountain climbing, parachuting, hang gliding or skiing. It is
resistant against perspiration, water vapor and raindrops.
- WATER
RESISTANT 100M (10ATM)
Wear this watch when engaging in water sports, snorkeling, swimming,
car washing, bathing, shower, mountain climbing, parachuting,
hang gliding, skiing. It is resistant against perspiration,
water vapor and raindrops.
- WATER
RESISTANT 200M (20ATM)
Wear this watch when diving (without equipment), engaging in
water sports, snorkeling, swimming, car washing, bathing, showering,
mountain climbing, parachuting, hang gliding or skiing. It is
resistant against perspiration, water vapor and raindrops.
- WATER
RESISTANT 300M (professional waterproof)
Wear this watch when diving (with equipment), engaging in water
sports, snorkeling, swimming, car washing, bathing, showering,
mountain climbing, parachuting, hang gliding, skiing - it is
resistant against perspiration, water vapor and raindrops.
This
policy may not be altered without written authorization by ZENO-WATCH
BASEL.
ZENO U.S.A.
Warranty Service:
ZENO USA,
L.L.C. will provide warranty service for ZENO watches distributed
only by ZENO USA, L.L.C. within the United States, U.S. Territories
and Canada and purchased directly from a ZENO USA, L.L.C. Authorized
Dealer. The warranty certificate must be properly stamped, signed
with the Authorized Dealer's name and address, and show the exact
date of purchase.
If you purchased
your ZENO watch from someone other than a ZENO USA, L.L.C. Authorized
Dealer and require warranty service, please contact the original
dealer from whom you purchased your watch. You may also contact
the ZENO-Watch Basel Service Center in Switzerland at service@zeno-watch.ch.
You will be
charged for postage, insurance and costs that may be incurred
outside the normal repair costs under the specified warranty as
described above. All shipments will be adequately insured when
returned.
Be sure
to preserve your signed and dated ZENO-Watch International Guarantee
Certificate!
Charges
will apply for repairs to your watch without original, signed
Zeno International Guarantee or after the International Guarantee
has expired.
Service
After Your Warranty Expires:
Our service
is also available for repair and maintenance of your ZENO watch
after your warranty period has expired. Your ZENO watch is a high-precision
instrument, and we want to help maintain it for your future enjoyment.
ZENO-Watch Basel recommends a general overhaul of your watch every
three years and that all water-resistant watches be tested annually
for case tightness.
Payment
For Repairs:
Payment in
advance after estimate/repair is required before return shipment.
All major credit cards and certified funds are accepted by ZENO
USA, L.L.C. for contract repairs and shipping costs.
Note: All
contract repairs will be guaranteed for 90 days on the specified
repair only.
All shipments
will be adequately insured when returned. For shipping instructions
to ZENO USA, L.L.C., please see "Shipping
Information" below.
Shipping
Information:
A) Before you consider shipping a watch for repair, please contact ZENO USA, L.L.C. at zenoservice@zenousa.com. Please do not ship a watch without contacting ZENO USA, L.L.C. first to make sure the watch will be accepted for repair.
B)
Please package your watch carefully in a reasonable size carton
and pad it generously inside to prevent undue shock during shipment.
C)
Be sure to include inside your package your complete contact information
including your email address. Please describe the problem you
are having with your watch so our watchmakers will not miss a
problem.
C)
We recommend a shipping method that will provide adequate tracking
information for your protection.
E)
We highly recommend insuring your package for full replacement
value in case of damage or loss.
F)
When your package arrives, ZENO USA, L.L.C. will provide a warranty
or repair estimate evaluation for you.
G)
As soon as service or repairs are completed, ZENO USA, L.L.C.
will contact you to let you know when to expect your watch. Generally,
service and repairs are accomplished within two weeks. .

Notes
Please note
that ZENO-WATCH BASEL ensures full warranty only when the watch
is purchased directly from a ZENO USA Authorized Dealer. The "International
Guarantee" warranty certificate must be properly stamped and signed
with the dealer's name, showing the exact date of purchase.
Only ZENO
USA Authorized Dealers or other authorized service centers are
qualified to ensure proper after-sales service and are authorized
to provide warranty services in accordance to ZENO quality standards.
Please be
advised that if you choose to purchase a ZENO watch from any source
other than a ZENO Authorized Dealer, you do so at your own risk.
We cannot guarantee the authenticity of products sold outside
our Authorized Dealer network.
Each ZENO
watch purchased from a Authorized Dealer is in perfect and original
condition and will be repaired by qualified professionals during
the warranty period as well as afterwards, in accordance with
the terms of the International Guarantee.
If ZENO watches
are purchased from sources other than Authorized Dealers or are
serviced or repaired by unqualified third parties, they may be
subject to alterations from their original condition that are
beyond ZENO-WATCH control. As ZENO-WATCH cannot guarantee the
quality standards of altered watches, our one-year International
Guarantee cannot be offered for these products. In such cases
the purchaser must rely on the seller's warranty.
We have received
many calls and emails regarding the authenticity of watches sold
by Zeno USA. Please note: Zeno USA, LLC, and Zeno-USA are separate
entities. We at Zeno USA, LLC (no hyphen) located in Dallas, Texas,
offer authentic Zeno-Watch Basel brand watches manufactured in
Basel, Switzerland. To confirm the authenticity of watches sold
by Zeno-USA (with the hyphen), please refer to the Swiss Zeno-Watch
Basel website at http://www.zeno-watch.ch/en/Warning/Imitations/imitations.html.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions
or concerns. We guarantee every one of our customers a 100% authentic
Zeno-Watch Basel brand watch.
Please note:
ZENO USA, LLC repairs only watches manufactured by ZENO-WATCH
